The New Communist Manifesto of the Third International (Pamphlet)

The New Communist Manifesto of the Third International is a rare 12-page historical pamphlet published in 1919 by the Socialist Labour Press in Glasgow. It features an introductory preface written by the prominent British socialist and founding member of the Communist Party of Great Britain (CPGB), William Paul (often cited as W. M. Paul). The pamphlet was printed shortly after the First World Congress of the Communist International, which took place in Moscow in March 1919. The original text contained within the pamphlet is the foundational Manifesto of the Communist International to the Proletariat of the Entire World, which was written primarily by Leon Trotsky and signed by key Bolshevik figures including Vladimir Lenin, Grigory Zinoviev, and Christian Rakovsky.
